Terms of use

Effective November 6, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Jacob Barnett, who operates Memorybook (“we”, “us”).

Using Memorybook

You need an account to use Memorybook and must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Keep your sign-in email secure; you’re responsible for activity in your account.

Your content

You own the photos, videos and text you add. You give us permission to store, process and show them to the people your family allows, only to run Memorybook. That includes creating smaller copies and, if your family turns on AI Memories, labels. Only add content you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, abusive or that exploits anyone.

Families

The person who creates a family is its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins and what each member can see and add. If an owner deletes their account, ownership passes to another member, as described on the account deletion page. You can belong to more than one family.

Subscriptions

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple or Google account, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Premium applies to the family it was purchased for, not to other families its members belong to. For purchases on Apple devices, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep your memories safe, but Memorybook is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of photos and videos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We’ll tell you before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, except where the law where you live gives you rights that can’t be waived. Questions: support@memorybook-app.com.
